Eligibility: The Midea x Man City Giveaway is open to legal residents of the Greater Toronto Area and the Greater Vancouver Area in Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on May 8th, 2024 and ends on May 22nd, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for consideration.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the following steps:
- Follow @mideacanada to stay in the game.
- Slide into our comment section the name of your favorite Man City player.
- Spread the word! Tag your friends and fellow fans in the city to join in the fun.
- For an extra shot at victory, share this post in your stories.
Prizes: Selected winners will receive a Manchester City shirt. The prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other item or service and are non-transferable.
Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on [date]. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, Midea Canada reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Midea Canada, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
Privacy: Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent, except as required by law. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants’ consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes.
