Midea Summer VIP Giveaway

Terms and Conditions: 

Eligibility: The Midea Summer VIP Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Minors are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on [start date] and ends on [end date]. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for consideration.

Who is a Midea VIP?

A Midea VIP is a resident of Canada who has either purchased a Midea product or interacted positively with Midea in the past two years.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the following steps:

• Click the button in the exclusive email hyperlinked to Midea’s Google profile to share a review or rating for Midea.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Winners chosen randomly in a draw and need to answer a skill testing question

Prizes:

1. First Prize: 10,000 BTU SACC DUO Smart Inverter Portable Air Conditioner (Retail Price C$680+ taxes)
2. Second Prize: 10,000 BTU Smart Inverter U-Shape Window Air Conditioner (Retail Price C$590+ taxes)
3. Third Prize: 42" Bladeless Tower Fan with HEPA Air Purifier (Retail Price C$230+ taxes)

The prices shown may vary according to the retailer.

Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 11:59 PM. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, Midea Canada reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner. The giveaway products cannot be exchanged for monetary value. 

Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Midea Canada, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Privacy: Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent, except as required by law. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes.

Jurisdiction: In case of dispute, the jurisdiction will be Ontario, Canada.

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Midea Canada, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
