The Super Midea Season Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Midea America (Canada) Corp (the “Company” or “Midea Canada”). By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
1. Eligibility
(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant warrants and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by the Company from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.
(b) This promotion is NOT applicable to commercial customers.
(d) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in the Promotion.
2. Promotion Period
This Promotion will start on 10th March 2025 (12:00 a.m. UTC-5) and end on 10th May April 2025 (11:59 p.m. UTC-5).

4. Redemption Slab:
(a) Purchase Value (Without Taxes) CAD 500 – CAD 999 = Get CAD 100 Visa Voucher
(b) Purchase Value (Without Taxes) CAD 1000 – CAD 1499 = Get CAD 150 Visa Voucher

5. Redemption Documents to be submitted to Midea:

(b) Physical Original Tax Invoice / Order Confirmation (*must reflect the order date, purchased Midea product model and unit prices)
*Photocopies, soft copies and pictures of the Original Tax Invoice will not be accepted (except for online purchasers.)
(c) Original product Serial Number (cut-out from product carton box, photo of Serial Number cut-out or photo of Serial Number on purchased product)
(d) The digital Visa voucher will be sent on the register email ID (Used for Purchase and should be used for redemption registration) 120 days from the date of submission of the online claim form.
*Claim may only be submitted on Midea.ca website.
6. Redemption period
From 10th March 2025 (12:00 a.m. UTC-5) through 10th May 2025 (11:59 p.m. UTC-5).
7. Other Terms:
(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant hereby agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use by Midea Canada, of their name, voice, statements about the Promotion and photograph or other likeness (collectively “Participant Identification”) without further notice or compensation, for advertising, promotional, trade, and any other purpose by or on behalf of Midea Canada, in perpetuity throughout the world in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.
(b) All the successful entries will be kept confidential with Midea.
(c) Midea Canada reserves the right to disqualify and forfeit the prize of any participant who is suspected of fraud or dishonest with the information given in the invoice details and product serial number or any other information during the prize collection.
(d) Any and all images in relation to this Promotion are shown for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement. Midea reserves the right to change the product images and any specifications at any time without prior notice.
(e) Midea reserves the right to revise any of the terms under these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the Promotion Period or Redemption Period) or withdraw or alter any part of this Promotion at any time without prior notice and/or assuming any liability to any party.
(f) The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion will be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and any other applicable federal laws and the dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
(g) The decisions of Midea Canada on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion are final, conclusive and binding. Midea Canada shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Promotion.
(h) Midea Canada shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prize(s), any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, or suspension by Midea Canada of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against shall for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
(i) In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
8. Entry Limit and Conditions:
If it is discovered by Midea Canada that any person has attempted to: (i) exceed any of the entry limits stated in these Terms and Conditions; (ii) use multiple names, identities, e-mail addresses, and/or use any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt the Promotion; and/or (iii) disrupt or participate in the Promotion in any other fraudulent or misleading way, then they may be disqualified from the Promotion in the sole and absolute discretion of Midea Canada. Midea Canada and its respective agents, employees, directors, officers, successors, and assigns are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, or incomplete entry information, entry forms, App downloads (if applicable) and/or any other Promotion-related information provided by entrants (collectively, “Promotion-Related Information”). Promotion-Related Information and/or your participation in the Promotion may be rejected and/or disqualified, in the sole and absolute discretion of Midea Canada if: (i) the Promotion-Related Information is not submitted and received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions during the Entry Period; and/or (ii) the Promotion-Related Information and/or participation is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Verification: All entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Midea Canada reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to Midea Canada – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an entrant’s eligibility to participate in this Promotion; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Promotion-Related Information and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Promotion; and/or (iii) for any other reason Midea Canada deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Promotion. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of Midea Canada within the timeline specified by Midea Canada may result in disqualification.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability:
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE MIDEA CANADA, AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION AND YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN AND TO INDEMNIFY THE RELEASED PARTIES AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING: (I) THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF); (II) PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITIES; (III) ANY USE, COLLECTION, STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION; (IV) THE USE OF WINNER’S IDENTIFICATION; AND/OR (V) IF DECLARED A WINNER, THE PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE). THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT OTHERWISE FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (AS APPLICABLE). THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE FOLLOWING THE TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION AND/OR AWARDING OF ANY PRIZE.
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant hereby warrants and represents that any Promotion-Related Information they submit does not contain any reference to any identifiable third parties, and will not give rise to any claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party.
11. Privacy: Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent, except as stated in Section 7(a) regarding Participant Information and as required by law. By participating in the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes and in accordance with Midea Canada’s privacy policy available here.
All Promotion-Related Information remains the sole and exclusive property of Midea Canada and can be revoked or invalidated by Midea Canada at any time and for any reason. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, entrants will not be granted any type of rights (including without limitation property rights) in or to Promotion-Related Information.
12. Jurisdiction: In case of dispute, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and any other applicable federal laws and the dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the rest of the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Midea Canada, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
