Terms and Conditions
1. This campaign is organized by MD (Singapore) Consumer Product Co Pte Ltd (Company Registration Number: 201906062M) (the “Company” or “Midea”). By participating in the campaign, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
2. Promotion Period:
This campaign is valid from 12 Dec 2023 to 31 December 2023
3. Refund Policy:
a) The returns and refunds happen when customer is unsatisfied with the Midea Robot Vacuum Cleaner MVC-I5C within 30 days of purchase.
b) A usage fee of $2 per day will be charged from the delivery date to the return date.
4. Return/Refund Process:
Each customer can request for for a return/refund.
a) To return/refund the product, customers must retain the original purchase proof (Tax Invoice or Receipt) and the complete original packaging, including the carton box, user manual, warranty card and all other associates.
b) The product must be in its original condition without any damage caused by human reasons.
c) For return/refund arrangements, customer must WhatsApp +65 8067 9609 or call +65 6655 7666 and schedule a date and time to visit the Midea Customer Service Centre at 151 Lorong Chuan New Tech Park (Lobby E) #04-05, Singapore 556741.
5. Midea will not be liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen Tax Invoice / Product Carton Box / any other product associates.
