What is the online warranty registration process?
Fill in the information the online warranty registration requests. Once successful, you will receive an auto-reply email.
Where can I find the serial number?
The serial number is pasted on the carton box and also behind/at the side of the product (22 characters).
Do I need to mail out the warranty card?
No, we recommend that you do online warranty registration.
There is no dealer stamp on the warranty card.
No worries, a dealer stamp is not required. Please keep the original invoice for verification purposes.
What if I lose the warranty card or invoice?
Midea will have your record if you have done online warranty registration. You can also contact the dealer to check your purchase information.
What does extended warranty cover?
Midea only provides standard warranty. Extended warranty is covered by your dealer. Please contact the dealer directly to check EW policy.
