I really love this cooler, it was able to cool down my house quickly. I love that I don't have to turn on my A/C, it gets pretty expensive here in California to run it all day during the warmer days. I look forward to having it when the days hit 100 degrees and higher. It feels nice to have cold air hit you when it's seems like the A/C is struggling to keep the house cool.

I know it should be obvious, but I want to emphasize, the package is heavy. I consider myself to be a woman of average height and weight, and I really struggled hauling it inside by myself, so if you aren't super strong, I recommend having someone around to help you. But once I got the package through my door and upright, it was easy to scoot the box to the room I wanted it in. The device itself was very easy to set up and run by myself. I spend most of my time in one room of my house, so it's been great just to focus cool air in there instead of running up my electric bill by using central air in the whole house. I find it much more aesthetically pleasing than the window units I've used in the past-it's sleek and modern looking, and it doesn't take up too much room in my small-ish (12x12) bedroom. And it's excellent to not have to worry about dropping the whole thing out the window! I feel a little bit silly talking to an air conditioner, but the voice control has been very convenient when I want to change the temperature without disturbing my huge dog who sleeps on my legs. Overall, I do recommend this air conditioner for anyone who is looking for a convenient way to cool your home without breaking the bank or your back.

It took time to learn how to set up into my window when I first used it. Now I use it every chance its warm here in California. I just set it up in my front living room window and turn it on. Cools my room down by just using it. On hot days I use my AC with the portable AC to help cool down the main room I usually use. It helps my AC not run constantly and targets the main hot room of the house that I put it in. Definitely recommend . I haven't had any problems using it for the last few months. Comes with a remote. Its nice to have a portable AC to target the room I am using on hot days. Helps keep my main AC costs down. Has wheels that make it really easy to push around.

I first used this recently when the heat wave was around for about a week. It is not difficult to install and operate. The AC and Fan options were great! I haven't tried the dehumidifier function since my family needs the humidity for our dry skin. Love the remote functions and that it can connect to all of my smart devices.

I live in South Georgia so you can imagine how hot it gets here during the summer so this is the perfect product to have during the spring/summer months even in a house with central A/C. It looks sleek and modern and packs a powerful punch while being surprisingly quiet. At first look, I wasn't thinking it would be a good fit for me, but once I set everything up and used the included remote control to turn it on I was shocked. It really does a great job keeping a medium sized room cool. I set the unit on 76 degrees Fahrenheit and it took approximately 20 minutes to cool the entire room down. The first air that comes out doesn't smell the best honestly, but it doesn't last a long time. It doesn't have a run time before it gets cold either. You get immediate cold air! Also it doesn't take a long time to get the portable A/C unit setup. The longest part for me was installing the window panel that the exhaust hose is vented through. The panels included and be trimmed to fit the width or height of your window. That is great of you have custom windows. Then the convenience of the remote control just makes it even better in my eyes. It is also has WiFi connectivity, an app, and can be voiced activated. You really can't ask for more except a self cleaning option. 😂 The air filters have to be removed and cleaned every 2 weeks, but that is an easy task for a cooler, more comfortable atmosphere. The unit also has a few settings-fan, cool, and dehumidifier. I also plan to use it to dehumidify my home, but I want to purchase a bucket to collect the drainage before I test it out. The bottom tray is the drainage collector which is great, but I want it drain continuously so a bucket will be needed or else it will stop once it senses the bottom tray is full and shows an error and the unit actually stops.
