-We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy.
-Midea will accept return requests from product purchased within the first 30 calendar days after delivery.
-Once a return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will have 15 calendar days to return the item to Midea. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted, and credit will not be issued.
-Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 3-5 business days after processing. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Please contact them for details.
-We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.
-Any damage or defects occurring after the return period are subject to the limited warranty on that particular product.
- All merchandise returned to MAC must be in original packaging in same condition with all original items (e.g., manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) that came in the box. Returns with missing items may result in a partial refund.
